Since my diagnosis of breast cancer back in June 2016 Dr Chakraborti has been my Oncologist. Dr Chakraborti has always reassured myself and my family that he will provide the best care possible and he has always be true to his word. Working closely with the health care at home team I know that any worries or concerns I have will always be reported back to him. His kind nature and reassurance always puts my mind at rest when I visit him in clinic. If I have any questions he will always endeavour to answer them with honesty, he is very passionate about ensuring his patients and their families are well cared for. He is a very professional Dr who listens to his patients needs, I am grateful to be under his care.

I was operated on to remove a tumour from my testicle in June 2012. There had been a delay in diagnosis, followed by complications post op and it was the assertive approach of Dr Chakraborti that meant that the course of chemotherapy was started promptly. We were impressed by him telling us that he and other specialists confer on the course of treatment for patients. This meant that both his expertise and experience, and that from fellow oncologists is brought to the treatment decision. Dr Chakraborti continued to see me every 3 months, then every 6 months for consultation following routine tests, and I have just been discharged after 7 years. Mr Chakraborti is not one for small talk, and when I first met him my wife was very worried and he commented on that. 7 years later I am still here so we are very grateful. Thank you Dr Chakraborti.

I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer some two years ago and since that time Dr Chakraborti has been responsible for my treatment. The treatment has involved a relatively long period of chemotherapy during which Dr Chakraborti was caring and empathic. The close link between the nurses at ‘Healthcare at Home’ and the consultant was a very important feature of this care as it allowed constant contact with the consultant. By the very nature of my condition my life is of limited duration but I feel that by using the most recent pharmacological interventions Dr Chakraborti will make this period as long and as comfortable as he possibly can. I am pleased and grateful that Dr Chakraborti is the physician responsible for my care.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 I was recommended to meet Dr Chakraboti post my surgery. During the last five years of Dr Chakraborti treating and monitoring my cancer I have always found him to be caring, supportive and proffessional. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chakraborti.
